Andy Alviz will do anything for his native Pampanga.

Alviz is a director, writer, choreographer, composer, dancer and later, also a singer. He got his big break when he became the resident choreographer of Miss Saigon Asia. He could have kept doing this for years or moved on to other shows. Instead he went home, pulled up all his stakes in the city to live in a farm. Then he organized the ArtiSta. Rita and Teatru ImaARti theater companies. These exposed Kapampangan culture to its widest audience ever.

Christian Bautista' fans foresee the young singer to be the next Double Diamond Artist of the Philippines.

The young singer is believed to have such title as he launched his first album under Universal Records entitled "Romance Revisited: The Love Songs of Jose Mari Chan."

All eyes are with Christian especially Jose Mari Chan fans. Everyone is loved to see if he would meet or even surpass the latter's achievements.

The first Star Awards for Music is now set at October 29, 6pm at Skydome of the SM North EDSA, Quezon City.

Star Awards for Music has hit a meaningful note and sets the right keys for charity.

The said awards night is a joint project of Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC), National Press Club (NPC) and the AFIMA (Alyansa ng mga Filipinong Mamamahayag). NPC and AFIMA served as the producers of the said charity event.
