The pinoy music we all love!

Sarah Marie Young, a Filipino-American singer, is gradually gaining a following in the jazz music scene in Chicago.

What makes her unique edge over other jazz singers in the area is simply her being a Filipino. Filipinos really make a difference. Unlike others, Young also does country, R&B, funk, gospel, rock and pop.

With the early death of one of the Philippine's great artists, Francis "Kiko" Magalona, Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), pays homage to the master rapper by listing down the five leagues that the public would certainly remember the most.

Master Rapper - no one else followed Kiko's footsteps in terms of popularity as a rapper and performance. Until the end, Francis M was the undisputed king of the local rap scene.

Another Filipino is making a great name in Germany. Ernesto Binondo, first tenor, is making his "kababayan" in Germany proud.

Binondo is a regular performer in one of the Germany's most renowned opera houses, Aalto Theatre. And for ten years, he is a permanent singer of the opera house.
