Wildlife is the second album of the Pinoy rock band, Pupil. The album features Wendell Garcia as the band's new drummer. The band's former drummer, Bogs Jugo, still plays drums in the track, Set Me Apart, the band's last song with him.
The carrier single of the album entitled "Sala" has reached the top spot in NU 107's Stairway to Seven daily countdown. Even before the release of the album, the song Set Me Apart also reached the number one spot in the program. Track list: Fin, Monobloc, Here I Go Again, Talon, Sumasabay, Animal Lover, Teachers Pet, Sala, Disconnection Notice, Bato, Set Me Apart. The new album promises to be a better one with more commercial songs as represented by the initial single Sala - something that resonates the sound that we all know from the early-90s Eraserheads era. The song talks about mans offenses in destroying nature. Its quite serious in character - but the music promises to be a commercial success. |
