Charice Pempengco, a fifteen-year Filipina singer, believed her music progress was condemned when she failed to win a local contest in 2006, but sher received the cyber break of a lifetime from You Tube when a clip of her singing And I'm Telling You I am Not Going of Jennifer Holiday captured the careful listening and watching of Grammy award and winning procedure David Foster and TV host Ellen De Generes.
