Former bands Yano and Pan vocalist, Dong Abay goes solo as he making a comeback in the music scene. Dong Abay is truly a Pinoy rock musician. Making his own crowd of listeners and numerous followers of his type of music will surely be delight with his comeback.
Dong launch his new album "Filipino" under Synergy Records containing 14 tracks, to name a few are Awit ng Kambing, Kukote, Perpekto, WWIII and Solb at Fuente Circle in Eastwood Citywalk, Libis. Helping him outburst this album are fellow friends and musicians like Raymund Marasigan of Sandwich, Buddy Zabala of the Dawn and Kris Dancel of Cambio.

Apparently he just finished studies at UP and felt like to come up with a new album. Dong has known for his frank rebel music pointing to the harms and politics of the music business. He also claim his view in the music scene today that he’s not satisfied with today’s uprising bands… he cite some bands that he favored like Sandwich, Itchyworms, Imago and Pedicab.
After the entire catastrophe in his life, Dong has proven his talent and principles.
