Kjwann's Most expensive Album
Written by Loren

Band Kjwan, known for their out-of-the-box music, are here again to create noise with their new music via their newest album, 13 Seconds to Love, which could be the "most expensive album" to date.

Yes! It is the most expensive album because the album, 13 Seconds to Love, is released through Nokia's 5800, the touch screen Express Music mobile phone which prototype is said to have appeared in The Dark Knight movie. This means that Kjwan fans who want a copy of their album must first buy the Nokia 5800. 13 Seconds to Love too is protected by DRM or Digital Rights management software rendering it impossible to be extracted out from the music phone and transferred to another MP3 player or burned on CD. And the cost of the 5800 is below P20,000!

The best thing about Kjwan's album or music is the Nokia 5800 itself which is the most innovative, creative and stylish music phone so far from Nokia. It also introduces the Media Bar which is handy drop down menu that provide direct access to music and entertainment. It also has a convenient Shortcuts Bar which is a one-touch access to preload music tracks in 5800. And these are only the few reasons Kjwan took the plunged with Nokia and have their album embedded in the 5800!

The band described their relationship with Nokia as a four-month marriage which is more than enough to jumpstart the album with a carrier single Lifeline.

They are very happy with the tie-up where in they’re only the first to launch album from CD to digital. Through this Nokia cell phone, they're able to give music to people. [via Manila Bulletin]
