Manila Art Fest 2009 shows off the interweaving of art and music. The project is named Looking for Juan.At an NBC Tent filled with paintings and sculptures, bands Loquy and Peryodiko made it seem like it was the most normal thing to hold a rock concert here - sans the mosh pit. In the said visual feast, music was set as the background. The two bands did some covers when they started the show. Visual arts are presented while, the two bands, Peryodiko and Loquy performed in the said project. The two bands treated that it was the most normal thing to hold a rock concert there. The event was a collaboration between visual artists and musicians who, in contemporary times, thinking the question of identity, rooted as that still is in contemporary crises and conditions, this project is everything and important.
