According to Bangkok Post, Rivermaya solo performance are one of the most exceptional showcases during the MTV Asia Music Awards held at Bangkok, Thailand. Rivermaya grabbed the award for Favorite Artist Philippines.
Rivermaya did a powerful stage presence and a stunning song You’ll Be Safe Here enhanced by a string section that make Philippines proud of them. It is also the first time for a Filipino band to be invited to perform and the first time ever a Filipino artist to have a solo performance number in the five-year record of MTV Asia Awards. |
