Taking the place of the usual CD, Noel Cabangon uses his "byahes" around Denmark, which shows the musicians in various states of walking, relaxing, or contemplating, sometimes with his instrument, and sometimes just by his lonesome self.
The scenes are in six postcards that are used as the inlay of his newest album, Byahe.
Byahe is a 15-track album consists of different versions of classic OPM tunes from the seventies and the eighties such as Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko, Tuloy Pa Rin, Di Na Natuto, Binibini, and Ipagpatawad Mo.
The songs are all classics as they are, but each was made more beautifully for the new sets of audiences.
Cabangon also work together with Imago's Aia de Leon to do a new version of Kanlungan - the song which originally catapulted Noel into mainstream consciousness.
Byahe would surely bring to mind all the travels and experiences one has had in every song revived. [via fhm.com.ph]
