Due to creative differences, Jay Jay Lozano and his brother Pepe finally left the Bloomfileds last December. After the said exit, the two decided to form their own band named The Bloom Brothers.With their new band, Jay Jay and Pepe tapped their younger brother, JC, then recruited Enrico Parulan and Sandy Baliong to complete "The Bloom Brothers." Jay Jay determined to face this new direction because he wants to sing songs that would feature our vocal harmonies. He is really fascinated by standards, those numbers from the 40s and 50s. With a new band and fresh outlook, Jay Jay is decided to pursue his musical and creative vision. He is also determined to do better than what he had from his former band. The new group is planning to write more original materials coated with sweet harmonies and vocal arrangements. Jay Jay can now fully embrace the title arranger, composer and songwriter.
Since they are new, the band is currently in process in sharpening their chosen materials as well as exploring different venues for them to play and show their style of music. [via pep.ph] |
